Buttermilk Scones

Ingredients:

3 ½ cup of self-rising flour

2 tablespoon of caster sugar

60 gram of butter sliced

1 ½ cup of buttermilk

Himalayan pink salt

Jam to serve

Whip cream to serve

Direction to bake:

Set the oven to preheat at 220 degree Celsius. Take a 8 cm deep 19 cm square cake baking pan. Grease it with the baking spray and flour it .now place it aside. Take a large bowl .put in it the flour, pinch of pink salt and sugar in it. Mix it well. Add in it the butter and mix it well. With the fingertip rub the flour mixture and butter until it resembles the fine bread crumbs.  Make a well in the center of the flour mixture add the buttermilk in it stir the flour mixture with a flat bladed knife. Stir the mixture until the dough comes together when dough I ready to place it on lightly floured surface knead gently until the dough comes together. Press out the dough to a three centimeter thick round dip a five centimeter round cutter into the flour dough to prevent the dough from sticking. Cut out the scones from the dough. Now press together the leftover dough and repeat the process to make more scones repeat the process and make 16 scones from the dough place the scones in the cake baking tray. And place them in the oven make them for at least 15 to 17 minutes or until they turn to light golden in color or becomes hollow when tapped on the top. Serve by topping it with the jam or whipped creme.

Ingredients:

200 grams of boneless mutton  Half kg of mutton

Himalayan pink salt

2 tablespoon Ginger paste

2 tablespoon Garlic paste

1/2 cup of ghee

½ Tablespoon cumin seed

6-8 tomato chopped

½ cup of yogurt

1 ½ t teaspoon of Crushed red pepper

1 teaspoon of roasted crushed cumin seed

2 tablespoon of coriander seed

½ teaspoon of turmeric powder

2 tablespoon of fresh green coriander leaves chopped

1 tablespoon of ginger Julian cut

2-3 chopped green chili

1 tablespoon fenugreek dried leaves

1 tablespoon of crushed black pepper

½ tablespoon of whole spice powder

2-3 slit green chili

2 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions to cook:

Chop the boneless meat with hand chopper then placed the chopped meat aside. In a skillet, put another half kg of mutton meat. add in it the I tablespoon of  ginger paste and 1 tablespoon of  garlic paste , the Himalayan salt  and water and bring it to boil . Let the mixture boil till the meat becomes tender. When the meat becomes tender, drain off the excess water set the meat aside. Now place the skillet again on the stove pour in the skillet the ghee then put in it the cumin seed. Pour in the skillet the remaining ginger and garlic paste.  Make the mixture fry .add in the skillet, the hand-minced meat.   Fry the meat till the color  of the meat changes.  Now add the chopped tomatoes in it.  Cook the mince mixture until the tomatoes become soft.  Now add the boiled meat in the cooking mixture. Add the yogurt in it. Add the crushed red chili flakes, roasted crushed cumin, pink salt, roasted crushed coriander seed and turmeric in the cooking mixture. Let the mixture fry for at least 8 to 10 minutes. Continue to stir the spoon in the  skillet   fry the mixture till the oil separates . Add the fresh chopped coriander leaves, and fresh Julian cut ginger in it. Also add in the chopped green chilies and let the cooking mixture simmer for  3 to 4minutes . Sprinkle on the spicy gravy mixture the dried fenugreek leaves , crushed black pepper and the whole spice powder and more coriander leaves. Sprinkle on the cooking mixture the lemon juice put the slit chilies in it and cover the mixture let it simmer more now remove the skillet from the heat. Serve it hot with Asian wraps or naan.

Hot And Sour Shrimp Soup Recipe:

Ingredients:

3 cups of light chicken stock

250 grams of prawn

3 pieces of garlic gloves minced

3 slices of fresh ginger

¼ cup of Fish Sauce

2 green onions properly sliced

½ cup of mushrooms sliced

¼ cup of lime juice

Pink Salt

1 tablespoon of roasted chili paste

1 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves

Directions to Make the Soup:

Wash the shrimps thoroughly and leave them to drain excess water. Take a large skillet, put it on the moderate flame and add in it the stock and leave it to a boil. When they come to boil add in the liquid sliced ginger pieces minced garlic glove and fish sauce. Also, add in it the chopped green onion, lemongrass, and mushrooms. Cook the mixture. Let it simmer for at least two minutes now add the shrimps into the skillet and increase the flame. Reheat the mixture toward boiling state.
Cook the mixture until the shrimps get pink colored. Do not over heat the shrimp .when you see that the shrimps are cooked pour into the mixture the lime juice and chili paste n to the soup moisture soup is ready to serve. Pour the hot and spicy soup into the bowl and garnish the soup with coriander leaves. Serve the soup hot to your family and friends and enjoy the blissful taste of shrimp soup

1/2 kg full fat milk

½ cup of Vermicelli

4 tablespoon sugar

4 tablespoon Unsalted butter

A pinch of Cardamom powder

6 dried dates soaked in water cut into long strips

Salted caramel sauce

250 grams of granular sugar

6 tablespoon of salted butter

I teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

Directions to Cook:

In a saucepan heat the butter on low flame, Adds the vermicelli; fry it till it takes slight brown color. Add in it cardamom powder milk and the sugar cook the sheer mixture on low heat for few minutes till it boils turn off the stove.

In another sauce pan heat, the granulated sugar on medium flame stirs sugar with a wooden spoon. When the sugar is completely melted and the color changes to amber .Add in it the butter the caramel will bubble so be cautious while pouring the butter in . Now slowly pour in it the heavy crème. Continue stirring make the mixture boil for t least one minute. Turn off the heat and add the pink salt in the caramel mixture.   Serve out the sheer khorma in platters and downpour on it the salted caramel. Garnish the caramel with dry chopped dates serve to guests and family members on the especial Eid’s special occasion

Mexican Shredded Chicken Filling

The shredded spicy hot chicken is amazingly yummy to eat.  It’s mixed with various sauces and green vegetables to serve as the filling of a wheat wrap.   • I kg chicken
  • ½ tsp. pink salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Half cup salsa salad
  • 1 ½ tsp. brown sugar
  • 130 gram canned green chilies
  • 390 grams of diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Olive oil for cooking

Cooking Procedure:

Rub chicken with olive oil and salt and set aside for few minutes. Heat remaining olive oil in the thick-lidded pot and stir fry all spices, tomatoes and chilies until you can smell the aroma of roasted cumin. Add just a swig of water and let it cook for some time. Now add chicken and leave on low heat for at least 2 ½ hour. Continue to cook until the chicken becomes tender enough to leave the bones and easily shredded. When chicken becomes tender, place out the chicken on the cutting tray. When the chicken cools down, shred it and then put the shredded chicken back into the pot. Heat it more for 20 minutes to let it simmer and absorb more liquid.  Now remove the liquid from the chicken. The drained off liquid can be used with the rice or quinoa.  Mix the chicken with salsa salad and garlic mayo sauce to be used as a filling in wheat and rice wraps. .If you want to make it hotter you may add the additional chili sauce in it.

Ingredient for the Mayo-Ketchup Dip :

¼ cup  Mayonnaise

2tablespoon tomato ketchup

1teaspoon tobacco sauce

Direction to Cook:

Step One

First, make the delicious mayo ketchup dip for the fries In a medium sized bowl.  mix tomato ketchup, Tabasco sauce, and mayonnaise evenly.

Step Two

In a frying pan pour some oil and heat it . put the potato chips in a frying pan and cook on medium flame for 4 to 6 minutes till they are half cooked .now take out the chips from the oil and place them on oil absorbent  paper so that surplus oil can be absorbed from the chips . Now heat the oil on high flame and again place the half fried potato chips in the hot oil and fry them deep till they turn golden. Now place the golden deep fried potato on the absorbent paper so that the excess oil can be absorbed. Sprinkle the  pink salt and parmesan cheese on the fried chips and mix them properly.  Delicious chips are ready to serve them hot with prepared tomato dip.

 Ingredients :

  • 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 2cups water
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 pinches ground black pepper
  • 3 slices fresh ginger root
  • 1tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken breast meat
  • 1/2 cup egg noodles
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped

Direction How to Cook :

Take a large skillet. Place it on the medium flame. Pour into the skillet the canned chicken broth along with the water, carrots, celery and black ground pepper. In  an another skillet  add the ginger ,oil, chicken and pink salt  and cook the ingredients on   medium high flame. Braise the mixture for 5 minutes then remove from the mixture the sliced ginger. Now add this cooked chicken mixture to the broth mixture.  Heat the broth mixture till it comes to the boil. Now add in it the egg noodles and continue to heat the mixture for 15 minutes till noodles and the vegetable become tender.
