Ingredients:

3 cups of light chicken stock

250 grams of prawn

3 pieces of garlic gloves minced

3 slices of fresh ginger

¼ cup of Fish Sauce

2 green onions properly sliced

½ cup of mushrooms sliced

¼ cup of lime juice

Pink Salt

1 tablespoon of roasted chili paste

1 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves

Directions to Make the Soup:

Wash the shrimps thoroughly and leave them to drain excess water. Take a large skillet, put it on the moderate flame and add in it the stock and leave it to a boil. When they come to boil add in the liquid sliced ginger pieces minced garlic glove and fish sauce. Also, add in it the chopped green onion, lemongrass, and mushrooms. Cook the mixture. Let it simmer for at least two minutes now add the shrimps into the skillet and increase the flame. Reheat the mixture toward boiling state.
Cook the mixture until the shrimps get pink colored. Do not over heat the shrimp .when you see that the shrimps are cooked pour into the mixture the lime juice and chili paste n to the soup moisture soup is ready to serve. Pour the hot and spicy soup into the bowl and garnish the soup with coriander leaves. Serve the soup hot to your family and friends and enjoy the blissful taste of shrimp soup

Roast Courgette Frittata with Mint, Chives and Smoked Mozzarella

INGREDIENTS:

4 Courgettes each sliced into 4 pieces

3 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fennel seeds

pink salt

Ground black pepper powder

50 grams butter

1 bunch of spring onions finely sliced

8 eggs

1 bunch of fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon of chopped chives

200 grams of mozzarella cheese sliced and drained

Directions to Cook:

First, leave the oven to preheat at 450 Fahrenheit temperature.   Take a medium sized bowl put in it the courgettes , olive oil, fennel seeds and toss them gently.  Spread the tossed mixture evenly on the baking tray evenly and roast the mixture for 15-20 minutes until the mixture becomes tender blistered slightly.  Take the tray out of the oven and let it cool down. Take a large nonstick frying pan. Place it over medium heat put in the onion and fry them gently for at least couple of minutes. Until the onion are softened. In a bowl, beat the eggs.

Add in the beaten eggs, the mint leaves, and the chives and mix the mixture well now add this egg mixture to the frying onion and cook for a minute. When you see the bottom begins to become opaque. Scatter the roasted courgette pieces on it. If you have the courgette flowers scatter them on the courgette pieces.  Add the cheese layer in the last.  Cook the frittata unless the edges and the base are cooked. Just cook until the middle portion remains soft.

Now shift the frying pan to the grill and continue to cook until the cheese is melt and the center is also cooked.   Frittata is ready to leave the pan to stand for at least five minutes. Cut with the knife around the edges. The loose the bottom of the frittata from the frying pans gently with the spatula and put it on a large platter. Sprinkle on it the mint leaves and the chives. Serve the courgette frittata warm at room temperature.

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts cut into small strips

1 red carrot

2 green onions

2 cloves of garlic

¼ cabbages

Pink salt

1 green capsicum

2 pinch of black pepper

2 tablespoon of oyster sauce

2 tablespoon of Worchester sauce

2 tablespoon cooking oil for the roll mix

1 egg beaten

2 tablespoon floor

Oil for frying

Directions How to Cook:

Take large skillet. Pour in and heat 2 tablespoons of oil in it. When oil is warm, put the garlic clove in it and sauté it. Then add the chicken in it and fry it till the color of chicken changes, add half of the beaten egg in the chicken and mix it. Continue cooking and add the chopped vegetables in the chicken mixture. Add the Himalayan pink salt and the black pepper in it. Add the oyster sauce and the Worchester sauce in it. Mix it well and cook little more but avoid the over cooking of the vegetables. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool down.

Preparation of Roll:

Mix some flour in the remaining half beaten egg mixture and make a paste. Take the roll sheet. Put the cooked vegetable and the chicken mixture on the roll sheet and fold it in the roll shape. Seal the edges of the roll with the help of floor and egg mixture. Place them in the refrigerator to freeze them a little so that they becomes little stiff.

In a large frying pot , heat the oil, and deep fry the roll on a moderate flame, till they become the golden brown. Serve the rolls with your favorite dip and ketchup

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 3 cups sifted cake flour

  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

 Directions How  to Bake a  Cake :

Put half of the sugar in a big skillet and heat it on medium flame till it melts. Stir it with a wooden spoon. Heat the melting mixture till it turns to dark brown color. When sugar syrup‘s color changes to dark brown. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the mixture cool down. Mix the floor, pink salt, and baking powder together. Beat the remaining sugar and butter together till it becomes soft and fluffy. Add the eggs one by one while beating the mixture. Add the burnt sugar syrup and vanilla essence to the mixture. Also, add the dry flour mixture and milk in the creamy batter. Heat the oven to 350 degrees and line the baking pan with 2-inch parchment paper .now put the batter in the lined baking pan and place the pan in preheated oven and bake the mixture for 25 minutes.  Delicious caramelized flavor cake is ready to serve

Pink Salt and Olive Oil Ice Cream Recipe

Basically, the quality of the ice cream depends on upon the oil used. Try to use the extra virgin olive oil or taste a few before using in the recipe. Using salt is also a fun. You can use a salt type of your own choice but I always use Himalayan pink salt as it contains natural minerals and a real salty taste.

This ice cream has the best taste when eaten soft at the sight. If you will keep it in a freezer for later use then the oil will make it hard somehow. It would be best served in a cone.

Ingredients:

 160 ml extra virgin olive oil

200 ml whole milk

140 g sugar

100 ml double cream

4 large egg yolks

Himalayan Pink salt

Directions:

First of all, boil the milk, cream, and sugar. Leave for at least 2 minutes to cool it slightly. Take the egg yolks and beat until they get pale and thick. Slowly add the mixture to the yolks while stirring. Again take this mixture to the burner to make custard on low heat. Remove from burner and chill.

After chilling for some minutes, give it a blend of olive oil and pinch of pink salt. It will add an amazing and noticeable flavor. Completely cool the mixture before mixing in the ice cream maker. Serve this distinguishing and full of flavor ice cream with an extra pinch of Himalayan pink salt.

Easy to Cook Sweet and Sour Chicken

Sweet and sour chicken is easy to cook food recipe loved by the whole family. It is an ideal chicken to serve over rice. Its sweet and sour taste makes it impossible for one to resist from meal table if the chicken is served in.

Sweet-and-Sour-Chicken

Cooking time: 25 minutes

 Ingredients:

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 onion chopped
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ table juice lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple with syrup
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil divided
  • 1/3cup packed ground sugar
  • 3 celery rib sliced
  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 green bell peppers, diced
  • ½ tablespoon Himalayan Pink salt

Direction to cook:

Take medium size bowl and mix together flour, garlic powder, pink salt and ground black pepper. Heat   2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pot on medium flame. Now coat the chicken cubes in the mixed floor and put the pieces of chicken in hot oil, cook them for at least 8 to 10 minutes until the color of the chicken changes and the juice clears out. Place the pot aside. In the same pot, now heat one tablespoon of the cooking oil and add in it chopped onions, celery, and onion for 5 minutes until slightly tender. Now add the cooked chicken in the pot. In a bowl whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, lemon juice and pour on this mixture in the pot and cook it until it comes to the boil. Stir the chicken and vegetable and heat the boiling sauce for three minutes.

It’s ready to serve. Enjoy the hearty chicken with rice, Ideal serving for 4 persons.

Make Green Tea Salt With Himalayan Pink Salt

You can make your green tea salt blend at your home quite easily. This different yet tasty salt blend could be a very new and amazing experience for you. You can use this pink salt blend in a number of dishes like green tea salt sprinkled French fries, green tea salted popcorn, green tea salt seared scallops and soba noodles tossed with green tea salt. Try it, it would be a fun!!

Ingredients for 4 tablespoons:

3 tablespoons loose leaf green tea

1 tablespoon Himalayan Pink Salt (coarse)

Directions:

To make a fine salt blend, place both the pink salt and green tea leaves in a grinder (spice grinder) or your food processor and blend until you get the desired form. If you want a coarse blend (not fine) then use mortar and pestle to grind the both materials manually. Place the salt blend in a clean and well-sealed jar and store in a dry place. The above-mentioned ingredients would be sufficient to fill a small size spice jar.

Instructions: 

According to your taste, you can play around with the ratios of ingredients that are mentioned above. Use more green tea if the Himalayan pink salt is strong or adds more salt if green tea is strong. The choice is all yours. Moreover, green teas are available in different types and tastes; try to taste some of them before using in a recipe.

Variations:

You can even add more spices according to your taste. For example, if you want a real citrusy flavor, then add a few peppercorns. Don’t use too many as the real taste of the green tea salt blend will vanish. Apart from this, you can also make a black tea salt blend using Himalayan pink salt and black tea instead of green tea.

First of all, preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Take fresh red potatoes, wash them, peel them and cut into medium size cubes. Take a medium size pot, fill it with water, add the potatoes and boil them for at least ten minutes until they are the little tender.  Don’t cook through.  Take a bowl, add Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and Himalayan pink salt all-purpose seasoning, mix them well. Drain the boiled potatoes and toss with olive oil. Add the Parmesan mixture and make sure that all the potatoes are covered well with the mixture. Put the bowl in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden.
